What do I need to start?
Choose a style, then add its required inputs. Creator review and Mirror review start with a product photo. Some other styles accept a product or character image. The selected form tells you what it needs.
Which ad styles can I use?
Open Create to see the styles currently available. Each card takes you straight to its form. Availability can change as tools roll out.
How long can my video be?
Length depends on the style and model. Available lengths and their credit costs appear in the creation form before you submit.
Will I receive an on-camera cut?
Eligible generations may include an additional on-camera cut. It appears only when it is available and passes the quality checks. Skits do not include a second cut.
How do credits work?
Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance. The cost depends on the tool and selected settings. Review the displayed cost before creating. Available top-ups and your current balance are in your account.
Can I use my output commercially?
Commercial use is subject to the Terms of Service and the rights to your inputs. Review those terms before publishing.
What happens if a generation fails?
Open the creation to see its status and available retry action. Check your account for the actual credit balance. Contact support for help with a failed job or refund request; the applicable billing policy determines eligibility.
